I’m Jess Wilde, a licensed REALTOR® based in the Fargo/Moorhead area and inspired by my roots in Ottertail County’s Lake country. My path here has been anything but ordinary: from owning a salon to working in wellness, to launching businesses and helping others transform their spaces and lives. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built a career rooted in service, trust, and transformation.

I’ve personally bought, sold, and renovated homes-including a lake cabin, a business property, and my very first home as a single mom. I know the excitement, the overwhelm, and the deep satisfaction of finding a space that feels just right. That’s why I approach real estate with a unique blend of clear strategy, intuitive listening, and heart-forward advocacy-helping you navigate every decision with confidence and calm.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me with my 10-year-old yorkie Murphy, hanging out at a local coffee house or hot yoga studio, tending to my tiny home, hiking, walking, writing, studying relocation astrology, deep diving in spirituality, meditating or soaking in the energy of a summer market with my daughter.  I’m a lover of minimalism, holistic living, and community connection, networking, collaboration and taking solo road trips, and dreaming of Pacific Northwest waterfalls all light me up. One of my favorite trips was hiking the Narrows in Zion National Park on a yoga retreat.
